There is still time to register for the March 20 Genealogy Seminar at Thomas Balch Library, Leesburg, VA!



Friends of the Thomas Balch Library, a 501c3 organized to provide support for Thomas Balch Library, will sponsor, “Cracking the Code: Legal & Genetic Genealogy”, on Wednesday, March 20, beginning at 1 p.m. at the library.



Judy G. Russell, The Legal Genealogist®, is a genealogist with a law degree who provides expert guidance through the murky territory where law and family history intersect.



Her lecture will cover:  

 

• After the Courthouse Burns: Rekindling Family through DNA

• DNA and the Golden Rule: The Law and Ethics of Genetic Genealogy
