Here is the Lumpkin information I have.....not much but maybe a clue

Ann Woodson, daughter of John Woodson (b. abt 1697) and Elizabeth 
Anderson (b. abt 1707) who married abt 1720 Hanover Co., VA,  married 
Moore Lumpkin.  Moore Lumpkin died in Prince Edward County before 1808 
and Ann Woodson Lumpkin died 1810 in Prince Edward County, VA.
Children I have are:
John Woodson, Elizabeth A., Anderson, Moore, Nancy Ann and Obadiah.
John Woodson Lumpkin, no further information
Elizabeth A. Lumpkin (b. 1785 VA, d. 1835 Wilson County, TN) married 
John Curd (b 1761 d/ 1821 Wilson County, TN)  Their son James A. Curd 
was born Sep 1809 Pr. Edward Co., VA and married 18 Nov 1833 to Susan 
Everett in Wilson County, TN. no further information
Anderson Lumpkin married 1 Oct 1808 in Prince Edward County to Lucy 
Jones, widow of Lt. Nicholas Davis.  no further information
Moore Lumpkin, no further information
Nancy Ann Lumpkin married 2 Dec 1807 to Charles Curd (b. 27 Feb 1791) 
in Pr. Edward Co., VA.  Nancy Ann died abt 1845 Knox Co. TN, Charles 
died abt 1865 Knox Co. TN
Obadiah Lumpkin, no further information.

Lt. Nicholas Davis is the son of Stephen and Elizabeth Davis.  Stephen  
moved to Pr. Edward County with his grown children William, Nicholas, 
Samuel Henry, and Sarah who married Charles Gilchrist abt. 1771 from 
Hanover Co., VA.
