Joseph Alfred Harrison Shelton ....in the 1860 census for Massies
Mill....had values of $20,000 for real estate and $24,700 in personal
property.  I assume the real estate value included the home and out
buildings.  What was included in personal property besides the obvious?
How about slaves, livestock, etc.   Were they personal property?
