Is this Norfolk city or Norfolk county? As far as I know, no one has
abstracted wills for either Norfolk city or Norfolk County for that
period of time. So, you may actually have to visit the court house, or
ask someone to do that for you. If it is Norfolk city we are talking
about, the LVA has a register of births for 1792-1883 on microfilm.
