Fauquier Co., VA is the closest of these to Fairfax Co., but this can't
be it either. Fauquier Co was formed about 1750 from Prince William Co.,
I checked mapquest again, but for "cool spring" and there was a Cool
Spring Elementary School in Leesburg, VA, probably far enough out that it
was in Loudoun Co., VA. Loudoun County was formed from Fairfax County in
1757.
