Is it remotely possible that the min'r is for Minister?

This is the Amherst 1799 Personal Property Tax List B. The real names in
question are Rucker, Ambrose. All 3 are about half way down the list. I've
seen Younger and Youngest used before which I thought was self-explanitory.
I was just curious about where Minor fits in.
