Two points I might make....

1) Real "Researchers" don't download someone else's ged claiming it as their
own and
2) The ability to download a ged on WC is under the control of the submitter
and is an option.

I do not permit downloading of our files. If someone wants to take our
research, they must do it the hard way - piece by piece - with a lot of
manual typing involved :-)
