Hello - there is a for-pay Genealogy web site by the name of
FamilyDiscovery.com that is illegally linking to numerous FREE resources,
and charging users a "one-time" fee of $49.95 for access to the free
resources.  Unfortunately, there is a link to the Library of Virginia's
Wills and Administrations electronic card index on this site.   Requests to
have it removed have been ignored.

I am in the process of blocking the site from connecting to our server, but
I wanted to let you all know that this is a RIP-OFF - please do not give
these people your credit-card information!

Please contact me privately if you have any questions or concerns - this
site has been discussed at length on all of the genealogy newsgroups if you
want further information.  I would really like to avoid starting a
conversation about it on-list.
