Many thanks to those who responded to my query on this subject several days ago.

As a number of list members suggested, the "Jrou" or "Jron" wedges are definitely "Iron wedges."  The "tendable Land Inclosd with two thousand foine [?] loggs" is a little more problematic.  I've decided, as a couple of list members suggested, that "foine" is probably a variant spelling of "fine," apparently meaning "worked" or "cut."
