Robert Thomson and Jane his wife to Mary Davis

This Indenture made and entered into the Sixteenth day of November in the
year of our Lord God one thousand and seven hundred and Sixety between
Robert Thomson of Fredricksville Parish and County of Louisa of the one
part & Mary Davis of the parish & County aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Robert Thomson for and in consideration of Twenty
pounds. . . paid. . . doth. . . sell. . . unto the said Mary Davis. . . one
certain tract or parcel of land containing by estimation one hundred acres
being more or less Situate Lying and being in Louisa County and bounded as
followeth (to wit) -- Beginning at a white Oak on the bank of Kids branch.

This Indenture made and entered into this Eighteenth day of February in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & Sixty four between Mary Davis
of St. Thomas Parish and County of Orange of the one part and John Ogg of
the Parish & County aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said
Mary Davis for & in Consideration of the Twenty pounds. . . sell. . . unto
the said John Ogg one Certain Tract or parcel of Land containing by
Estimation [one hundred] acres. .  .being in Albemarle County & Bounded as
followeth (to wit) Beginning at a poplar and Dog Wood Saplin on the Bank of
a Creek known by the Name of Kids Branch. . . is a Parcell of Land that
Robert Thomson gave to his Daughter Mary Davis and She hathsold it the said
John Ogg
