The Mother, Fannie Starr, was a daughter of Alexander "Alex" Starr &
Biddy Smith-Maynard. Alexander "Alex" Starr was a son of John Starr
of Logan Co.WV. & his 2nd wife Rebecca Ann Spence of Tazewell Co.VA.
