"Genealogy without Documentation is Nothing" - Paul Drake

Hello, my experts!

My question concerns Christopher Bolling in the following records. Does the
reference to ESTATE mean Chris is dead? and that the Chris 4 years later is
a different Chris?

I ask because someone has stated that "estate" may be referring to his
"assets" and that he may still be alive. What say you?
