supplies/services, in the early days of the French and Indian
War, and which was  annexed to the 1758, authorizing legislation,
for Accomack, Amelia, Albemarle, Bedford, Brunswick,
Chesterfield, Cumberland, Caroline, Culpeper, and Essex Counties
