Good Morning,
My wife and I are planning another research trip to the Richmond area the
first week of Oct. We have visited a few county courthouses & the clerks
inform us that
the vital statistics from the late 1800s & early 1900s have been transfered
to Richmond, however, they don't seem to know where. All we can find out, it
is on Broad Street, my question, is that part of the capital complex ? Does
any one on the list have the specific location ?
Our time is limited, so we are trying to do all of the homework in advance, I
really don't want to spend research time looking for buildings or where
materials are located.
I want to add, we had a great time last year at tha Library of Virginia, all
of the staff was very helpful, I greatly appreciate them.
Thanks in advance,
Sidney
