Thank you! A site I've now bookmarked. But upon reading the definitions of trespass, I find myself still confused about why Henry Hatcher would be the "assignee" for Samuel Hatcher.

Since this trespass may have caused bodily injury to Sam, perhaps he just couldn't get to court on his broken leg :-)

But perhaps there's simply nothing that can be firmly comcluded about this particular case beyond the names of those involved.
