Does anyone  know where  we could buy a copy of the following book?  I
understand
it is out of  print but sometimes there are copies  available from
independent
dealers.

Burwell residents of King's  Creek, a plantation  in York County, Colonial
Virginia, and  Descendants of William Cocke
The  author is Paul John.  And I  checked Amazon and it was self published
in
1982.
