I have just been informed that on Tuesday, 28 April, Va-Hist and
Va-Roots will move to a new server, which may solve or ameliorate the
problems that some subscribers have experienced with multiple messages
included in daily digests. You might cross your fingers by way of a
virtual helping out.
 
As soon as I learn that the move is complete, I will let all subscribers
to both lists know.
