  Janet,

  One way to locate a copy of this book is to use the OCLC (Online
  Computer Library Center) catalog called WorldCat.
  <http://www.oclc.org/>

  I entered Jersey Sailing Ships in the search box, and clicked on the
  first entry that came up, which was the book you are looking for. I
  entered Virginia in the location field, since I live in Virginia. I
  found that the only listed library in Virginia that has this book is
  the Mariner's Museum Library in Newport News. They do not have
  interlibrary loan, but they will photocopy for you.

  If you are not in Virginia, perhaps you can locate another copy somewhere else.
