All States of the Union provide birth and death certificates for a nominal fee.  Call your State Capitol for the Bureau of Vital Statistics and inquire in what fashion you may order what you need.  Again, try the website for the county in which she died (such websites should be your FIRST stop in any beginning search).  Paul
