"Genealogy without Documentation is Nothing" - Paul Drake

To ALL of you,

In spite of the fact I've injected some mass confusion into this question,
the answers I've received have convinced me we're on the right track in
solving a messy Hatcher problem. In truth, we are guessing that the gson
died intestate but even though I confused myself on who the participants
were in that 1761 deed, we now see how perfectly it fits into our theory. We
are so convinced that we will be cajoling a fellow researcher who lives near
the LDS library to find this deed and report back.

You see, the problem is that we currently have this grandson alive and well,
producing all kinds of descendants....except that down the road a piece, we
find ourselves seriously confused about the relationships between this
grandson and other family members. But IF we can prove this grandson died
young, we know exactly how to rearrange these other descendants where ALL
the records make perfect sense.

Thank you, thank you!

Nel
