I don't think that qvarizona's "cut and paste" function worked correctly, as
the towns listed below are near the name Franklin Junction, but are not the
right ones.

Here is my interpretation of what is shown on

Gretna 24557 Pittsylvania. Incorporated 1914. Formerly called Franklin
Junction, Elba.

This web site talks about Gretna being formerly known as Franklin Junction,
but does not refer to the name Elba. There is, however, an Elba Baptist
Church in Gretna.
