The Inventory was done in 1798 and the items list is very difficult to read
as it is a copy from a microfilm.
However there is an (actually several) that I cannot determine exactly what
the items are. However there is This one which is very plain but I am unsure
exactly what it is or if I am even getting it at all.
It appears to be: JNDGINGS or Juaging I am wondering if it is INDIGO. It is
valued at 80 shillings or pence that is even hard to tell if it is shillings or
pence.
Maybe someone can help on that also there are three items
3 Judgings? 80/ & 4 sythes 12/ & oye? 12/ for a total of 5 pounds 4
shillings and O pence.
The writer's Capital I's and J's are basically impossible to tell apart.
Any help at all appreciated.
Thanks In Advance,
Marlene
