Good morning listserv,

The Library has been working in conjunction with representatives from several 
state agencies including the OAG, the APA, VDOT, VITA and others to compile 
a more comprehensive guidance document on e-mail management.  We 
welcome any comments you may have before this document is published in its 
final form.  Please contact me off-list if you would like me to send you the 
draft guidelines for review.
