I have another health related question. As an academic
records manager, I of course handle student patient
records. But what of records by doctors/clinics for
non-student patients? Can I advise the person completing an
RM-3 form to use the appropriate categories under General
Schedule 20 (General Schedules for Localities) or am I
limited to General Schedules for State Agencies?
