If there are any local jurisdictions in Virginia that deal with or manage
animal welfare records please contact me as I have some questions.  These
would include donor information, adopter information, citizen complaints,
etc.--all records that are not scheduled.

They do not include scheduled law enforcement records such as animal
control files, dangerous dog records or quarantines.
