For the Litigation hold policy, you should contact Earlene Dixon, Prince
William County. I worked with her and several other folks on a
committee which just completed a "Best Practices" for Discovery which
you could implement as a policy for holds. She has the most recent
version of this and can e-mail it to you. Eventually, it will be on
VAGARA's website (www.vagara.org), for folks like yourself to be able to
access.
