The Records Analysis section at the Library of Virginia recently added a new

function to the General Schedules page on our Web site. There is now a 
keyword searchable database that will scan across the various General 
Schedules, minimizing the need for individuals to open and close the
individual 
PDF files in order to locate an appropriate records series. 
 
Please give it a look. We believe that it will go a long way to helping your

offices identify records in a more simplified way.
