Two retention changes have been made to GS-111 College and University
Records. 
 
Series 101099 Athletics: Sports History and Memorabilia Records should
be retained for 3 years after disposal of the item.
 
Series 101093 Admissions: Schedule of Classes no longer needs to be
submitted to the Government Documents Program at the Library of
Virginia. This is still a permanent series for your agency.
