Re my previous e-mail - I see where you changed to GS-19, the numbering 
sequence of the series was what threw me.  Disregard my previous e-mail.

Two new series have been added to GS-19 Administrative Records for the
retention of Records Transfer List and Receipt (RM-17 Forms). They are:

000286 Records Management Files: Records Transfer List and Receipt (RM-17
Form) - Archives
000287 Records Management Files: Records Transfer List and Receipt (RM-17
Form) - State Records Center (SRC)
