After consulting with the DOA the following changes were made to GS-102:
 
Series 012082 has been updated to include Inter-Agency Transfers and
Agency Transfer Vouchers. 
 
Series 012155 Vouchers - Agency Accounting Office Files and series
012156 Vouchers - Electronically Transmitted Requests for Payment are
both defunct and should not be used from this point forward.
