General Schedule No. 18 for County and Municipal Governments, Locality 
Mental Health Services, Community Services Boards Records has been 
updated.  

All references to Code of Virginia, Section 42.1-79.1 have been removed,
as 
that citation is no longer valid.

The retention periods for series 005612 and 005613 have changed in order
to 
be in line with HIPAA regulations. Also, series 005614 has been
eliminated.

Please let me know if you have any questions concerning the changes to
GS-
18.
