Subject: PALS Testing

I was wondering how other school divisions treat PALS testing
(Phonological Awareness Literacy Screening).  Is this considered a
standardized test?  We were taking this information out of the files
when the student transfers from an elementary school to a middle school
but are unsure what to do when the child withdraws from elementary
school.  Are there any suggestions you can offer me?
