Dear Mr. Nelson:
My name is Megan Rhyne and I'm the executive director of the Virginia
Coalition for Open Government. I came across your name in a series of
e-mails posted to the VA-ROL listserv on records management. I've
followed the listserv loosely since the days when I sat in on a work
group studying changes to the Public Records Act with several records
management folk from the Library of Virginia.
At any rate, I wasn't sure whom to go through, but I thought an
article I wrote a few weeks ago might be of interest to you, your
fellow records managers and members of the listserv. Should you feel
it appropriate, I hope you might pass the word along.
Thank you for your time and effort.
Megan
