Two new series have been added to GS-19 Administrative Records for the 
retention of Records Transfer List and Receipt (RM-17 Forms). They are:

000286 Records Management Files: Records Transfer List and Receipt (RM-17 
Form) – Archives
000287 Records Management Files: Records Transfer List and Receipt (RM-17 
Form) – State Records Center (SRC)
