Two new series have been added to GS-101: Administrative Records -
 
Series 000183 Grant Records:Unfunded should be retained for 1 year after
notification of denial.
Series 000189 Regulatory Case Files: Final Signed Copy - a copy of all
agency-sponsored legislation should be kept permanently in agency per
the Code of Virginia.
