Anyone know of the location of Ralph Wormley's lands in "Berkeley and
Frederick counties"...he advertises in a 1774 Gazette that he had 12,000
acres for sale, seven miles on each side of the river. One source hinted that
some of his lands were next to George William Fairfax's land, "adj. Beeler's
Spring Br."

He also lists a merchant mill and sawmill on the land...

Any help would be much appreciated.
