I apologize for not having followed the thread, but just in case someone 
did not mention the following.

Copies in manuscript collections in other repositories, i.e., Swem 
Library (William and Mary College), Duke University or a myriad of other 
places.

An appeal to a higher court and publication in the Virginia Reports.
