Those interested in Thomas L. Rosser may wish to contact the Special
Collections Department at the University of Virginia Library which holds at
least some of his papers. He acquired a fine home called "Rugby" in
Charlottesville, and the city now has both Rugby Road and Rosser Lane. See
the references in K. Edward Lay, The Architecture of Jefferson Country.
