John Key 1732 in Hanover County 400a between the first and second ledges
of mountains fronts on Route 20 just north of Charlottesville which
would place it west of the Southwest Mountains and east of the Blue
Ridge, Joseph Foster 938 acres Hanover 1735 lies west of Route 29 on
Orange County border again between the two mountain ranges. I would
assume that the first ledge was the Southwest Mountain range and the
second the Blue Ridge.
