My guess is that even after the vote, they will be in the courts for 
generations. If the Cherokee, who complain about the US government violating 
treaties, turn around and violate their own..., then what? They are opening 
up a pandora's box, and may be putting nails in their own coffins. This is 
going to be veeery interesting.
