My brother, who lives in Alberta, CA, send me an e-mail early this morning about the death of Mrs. Loving. He heard it on his local radio news.
It was also on the Democracy Now broadcast this morning (radio and internet): http://www.democracynow.org/2008/5/6/stream

Actual news can still be found out there. You just have to look in more than the usual, tired places.
