In answer to the concerns that the media is not getting the word out about
Jamestown 2007, last Thursday night, Channel 12 WWBT in Richmond ran a
segment on their nightly news at 6, about the upcoming celebration. They
said, among other things, that tickets were only available from Colonial
Williamsburg, no where else.

The amusing part of the story is that the video clip showing the restoration
at Jamestown was longer than it took the announcer to read the story. He/she
was into the next story, on insurgents in Iraq, while the screen was showing
the Indian Village. Made for a duh moment!
