My experience with realtors is that they would often like to be sneaky, but
the truth is they are just ignorant. When I finally met a woman realtor who
was smart and honest, I cleaved to her like she was family, only doing
business with her and recommending her to my friends (in California.)

The CA realtors license exam--and I suspect this is true in Virginia as
well--does not contain a section of historical research.
