This exchange about Nat Turner has taken some unpleasant turns. Please
be polite and concise.
 
And if you want to learn something (new), I recommend a very original
analysis of the Confessions of Nat Turner published earlier this year:
Anthony Santoro, "The Prophet in His Own Words: Nat Turner's Biblical
Construction," Virginia Magazine of History and Biography 116 (2008):
114-149.
 
I also recommend that everybody pause before replying and think some
more and perhaps even go to the library, sort through the literature on
each subject, find out what is most reliable and insightful, and read
some before jumping in feet first.
