The next program in the Virginia Heritage Resource Center's Mining the
Treasure House lecture series will take place at noon on Thursday, 23
January, 2003, in the conference rooms adjacent to the lobby in the Library
of Virginia at 800 East Broad Street in downtown Richmond.

The speaker will be Jay Gaidmore, Private Papers Program Manager in the
Collection Management Services Division at the Library. He will speak on
"The WRVA Radio Collection: Preserving and Documenting Virginia's Radio
Heritage." WRVA was the first radio station in Virginia, and its records
have recently been donated to the Library.

There is free underground parking for Library patrons. For more information
