Ray--Send an email to Craig Kilby at the Mary Ball Washington Museum and 
Library and ask him for help. Use my name and tell him I suggested you 
contact him. I used to be in charge of the library there. If he can't 
help or you can't contact him get back to me and I'll give you a couple 
more contacts.
