A new account of the Jefferson-Hemings controversy is being readied for
publication in June 09 or sooner, possibly on Thomas Jefferson's April
birthday. The book by a lawyer, deeply researched is entitled, "In Defense
of Thomas Jefferson, The Sally Hemings Sex Scandal." 

It is listed on Amazon.com and at other fine book merchants and can be
advance ordered at a reasonable cost.
