In the Company of Others
Friday, November 12, 2010
Time: Noon-1:00 PM

Jan Karon will discuss In the Company of Others, the second novel in
Karon's new series, The Father Tim Novels, featuring Father Timothy
Kavanagh, the beloved retired Episcopal priest from her Mitford series.
In this novel, Father Tim and his wife, Cynthia, travel to Ireland to do
genealogical research and discover family secrets. In the Company of
Others is a moving testament to the desperate struggle to hide the truth
at any cost and the powerful need to confess. Of all her winning novels,
Karon says this "dark-haired child" is her favorite-a sentiment readers
everywhere are certain to share. Seating is on a first come, first
seated basis. Note: Ms. Karon will not be signing books. Autographed
copies will be for sale in the Virginia Shop. To pre-order your copy of
In the Company of Others or Jan Karon's Mitford Cookbook and Kitchen
Reader visit the shop's site at www.thevirginiashop.org
