Paul - The North Carolina Department of Archives and History has a
publication on participants in the state ratification conventions which
identifies each participant with a short bio and also whether or not they
were anti-federalist or federalist. In quite a few cases there are identified
"switchers" between the state conventions. I don't have the publication
before me, but the title is something like _North Carolina Votes the
Constitution_.
