Has anyone tracked the family of the Capt. Henry Spry one of the Signers of
the 1609 Charter of the Virginia Company?

I would also like to know if anyone has been able to connect him to Oliver
Sprye 1636 of Isle of Wight and later Maryland.

Henry is not found in the updated Adventurers of Purse and Persons.
I am wondering the following:
did Henry only venture his purse and not his person?
or did he venture both and lost his life in wreck off of Bermuda?
or did he make it to Virginia and for some reason never claim the land and
passed the venture to another say Oliver Sprye?

Oliver Sprye was part of the group that moved with Richard Bennet to
Maryland rather than conform to the Church of England in 1649/1650.
